REPORTS TO: Director of eCommerce

LOCATION: Dorval (Hybrid)

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a B2B eCommerce Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operations of our B2B eCommerce platforms and programs. This role plays an important part in ensuring our customers have a smooth and reliable buying experience.

You will be responsible for maintaining the NuOrder portals, coordinating tournaments, gifting microsites built in Shopify, and supporting order management and reporting across systems. This includes ensuring product information, images, assortments, and platform content are accurate and up to date.

You will also act as a key point of coordination between wholesale accounts, sales reps, and internal teams, helping ensure the B2B platforms run smoothly and customers have the support they need.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. You take pride in keeping systems accurate and running smoothly.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Manage B2B eCommerce Platforms

  • Maintain accurate product data, images and assortments within NuOrder
  • Ensure B2B platform content such as homepages and collections are up to date
  • Monitor platforms for issues and coordinate fixes with internal teams
  • Support new platform features, updates and improvements as they are introduced

Support B2B Customers and Platform Users

  • Provide support to accounts, sales, and internal teams regarding platform use
  • Train new users on how to navigate and use NuOrder
  • Coordinate communication and updates with wholesale accounts as needed

Coordinate Tournament Gifting Microsites

  • Build and launch tournament gifting microsites in Shopify
  • Coordinate communication with event organizers and internal teams
  • Enter and manage microsite orders and ensure they are processed correctly

Reporting and Operational Support

  • Pull and maintain reports related to B2B sales and platform activity
  • Monitor order activity and program performance
  • Support special projects related to B2B platform improvements and operational initiatives

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in a relevant discipline (Business, marketing, eCommerce) is preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, customer support, or sales coordination
  • Someone who is a self-starter, hungry to learn is a must
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, data cleanup)
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms will be an asset
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail (critical for pricing, SKUs, orders)
  • Good communication skills (working with sales teams, clients, suppliers)
  • Problem-solving mindset (order issues, system errors)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
