POSITION SUMMARY
The Value Added Services (VAS) Associate is responsible for executing value-added processes on apparel, footwear, and sports equipment (golf and tennis). This role ensures products are prepared to meet customer and retail requirements while maintaining quality, accuracy, and efficiency standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Perform VAS tasks such as folding, labeling (ticketing), tagging, and packaging of merchandise in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the VAS team to complete daily production targets accurately and efficiently.
- Support general warehouse operations, including housekeeping duties such as cardboard disposal, recycling, and maintaining clean work areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation; ensure equipment is in good working condition and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety policies, procedures, and best practices at all times.
- Assist other warehouse functions as needed to support overall operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback or ideas to enhance productivity and operational performance within the distribution center.
